      Job Description
          For Freshers : 
  4 months training in development of Business Application Products and Web Projects covering Software Engineering, Programming (c#.net , ASP.Net,java,J2EE), Testing & Deployment. Minimum CTC 1.2 Lakhs plus incentives after completion of training. Stipend will be paid during training. Rs 50,000 Security deposit to be deposited on joining. Security deposit will be fully refundable after 16 months.

    For Experienced:(2-4yrs)-ASP.net with C#

  Job Description:  
 - Minimum 2+ years of software development experience with strong understanding of Microsoft Technologies 
 - Well experienced in user interface designing and developing  multi-tier web and windows applications using Microsoft .NET Technologies (ASP.NET, C#), Ajax, XML and SQL Server. 
 - Knowledge of n-tier architecture, client/server architecture and design 
 - Participate in feasibility study, analysis, system design, code review, testing & performance tuning based on a project's functional and business requirements. This includes front-end design and back-end design. 
 - Create and review technical documentation related to the project. 
 - Throughout daily activities, the Team leader should collect observations on possible processes and procedural improvements. 

    For Experienced Software Developers-(2-4years )-JAVA  

  Key Skills: 
 java,struts.J2EE.

 Job Description: 
 - Working experience in Java technologies and J2EE. 
 -Good Knowledge of RDBMS. 
 - Experience of Developing an  ERP package will be an added advantage. 
 - Knowledge of Struts , Ajax ,XML. 
 - Experience in Project Designing apart from programming. 
 - We need people who have handled projects from Start till end. 
 - Should have good communication skills . 
 - Report Generation.
