2. Rectify the errors identified by QC on priority.
3.Give inputs on process improvements and automation.
4.Raise technical queries with the technology team.
5.Carryout preventive actions and Root Cause Analysis.

1. Incumbent with good communication skill is must.
2. Essential Qualification: Diploma/Graduation.
