Job Description:
Involves handling inbound Calls and resolving customer queries.
Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or service.
Should be comfortable work in Shift Basis.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries.
Involves interacting with US/UK Customers (Night Shift).

Desired Profile:
Education Qualification: Any Graduate /NonGraduate / Diploma(2+3yrs)
Building a rapport with customers.

Age criteria: Restricted up to 32 years.

Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based
International or domestic Call centre will be an advantage to consider.

Involves working in Night shifts.

Excellent Communication Skills.
