Job Description:

Prior art search, patent landscapes, invalidity and infringement studies, claims mapping studies, freedom of use studies, patent illustrations, proof published patent applications and issued patents, and conduct patent related studies.

Intellectual Property Asset Management including IP due diligence, IP landscapes, White Space analysis, Opportunity/Gap analysis, and Reverse Engineering.

Patent mining and monetization, patent litigation support, technical research, and File-Wrapper analysis and patent analytics, including Freedom-to-operate studies, patent invalidation, patent infringement analysis, and claims mapping studies.
